Knowing this, next time you play the stage plan well in advance.

If you know a decomposition ball is coming, dont smash any items that spill oil.

Drop the decomp ball as deep into the water as possible (again, requires careful planning and trash placement) and it should hopefully remove lots of your items including your unsmashed oil producing items.

While there might be some small variations, the important pieces will remain the same.

They will not appear at exactly the same time each time, but they will be around the same time, so if you play the level a few times, you can learn to anticipate.

First dumbell always soon after mottanai item, or something like that.

Once youve learned a bit, then you have to start planning (and practicing).

WIth my dumbell example, I know that I have to drop the mottainai item, then quickly drop a few items to get to the dumbell, then I put the dumbell in my hold slot, so that the helpers will replace the dumbell with a battery, which is much smaller.

This basic strategy is the key to beating the levels, mottainai items are used to make one big item dissapear from your hold slot (and often, will give you a needed item, like a decomposition ball at a key moment).

Another example from level 1 hell is that the boss needs to be smashed onto a dumbell to crack it, before you smash thing into it, otherwise youll run out of time.
